I finally did it, y'all! I converted my prized albo Monstera from soil to LECA! I know it's February in New York but this plant hasn't given me a new leaf in a year, and I was worried if I don't do something soon I could lose the plant.
This process took me three days, but it finally happened and I'm hoping the plant will be much happier in LECA. Do any of you have an albo monstera in LECA? Tell me your experience below!

How’s the albo doing? I have a Thai con that hasn’t given me a new leaf in over a year since I bought it, and I’m going to be converting it to leca next week when my supplies arrive! You’re the first person I’ve seen with a variegated that hasn’t given out leaves, so I’m curious how it’s doing!

Check out Sydney plant guy he’s an expert on climbing plants and the types of soil they need or rather don’t need, and his moss poles will blow your mind. No t no shade your plants are fabulous too.
