Our Studio, The Emerald Lady in Duluth, Minnesota, has a carriage house that was in desperate need of repairs. We walled in the garage door, insulated the rafters, painted, removed the ramshackle 2nd-floor apartment, and more. Making a workshop by renovating the space.
