Can I salvage enough unbroken parts from the wrecked 2006 Range Rover L322 to convert my 2006 non-AFS headlight into one that will work for the 2009?
More importantly....how TF am I going to remember where all these tiny little parts go?!
My 2006 Range Rover was totaled so I decided to "upgrade" by buying a crashed 2009 Range Rover from IAAI.com and using the parts from my '06 for the rebuild project.
Unfortunately, I found out that the headlights from my wrecked 2006 Range Rover do not turn off the warning lights on the dash of the new one because the '09 has the adaptive headlights, or what Land Rover calls AFS.
The AFS headlight from the '09 was smashed the pieces so I salvage what I can and use the parts to retrofit my non-AFS headlight to make it work in the rebuild project.
