At last, someone who surfaces their cylinder heads the same way as I do. I also used JB Weld the same. Kerosene is good as a lubricant for the wet and dry paper. I have a supercharged Fiat 850 Sport Coupe running a Microsquirt. I would suggest a supercharger instead of turbocharging for your style of events. The supercharger will give boost just off idle.
Dude you have some skills. Nice job! You make me miss my 20R on my 1976 Celica. Never should have sold that car. Replaced it with a 1989 Supra but still.....
I looked at DCOE style TBs (they look super cool), but you are right, they are expensive and they don't have a TPS built-in, so you have to use an external one. Also, ITBs are more difficult to add boost to.
Those huge sized hemispherical combustion chambers are not great for naturally aspirated engines but throw on some boost and they will wake right up. OFC they will work naturally aspirated and last forever also just down on power compared to other cylinder head options.
If the fuel is higher in the float bowl, it is higher in the emulsion tube. If it is higher in the emulsion tube, more fuel will pull through the venturi making the mixture richer. The opposite is also true.
