Thank you sir. One more information is required sir .. Gear box selection?? HOW CAN WE SELECT A GEARBOX (WORM REDUCTION) FOR THIS CALCULATED POWER ... HOW CAN WE GET THE TORQUE OF THE CONVEYOR BELT WITH MATERIALS... AND I THINK BASED ON THIS TORQUE WE CAN MOVE ON FOR GEARBOX SELECTION... CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS ..... THANK YOU SIR

Required belt pull(force)= ux R by friction formula but how result in kg.. If calculations done for kw then is it not neccessary to convert kg mass in to weight by 9.8 g cofficient. Please clear it sir.

Just to save our time and to avoid lengthy calculation we take all forces in kg Finaly we have to divide it with 4573.1 kg.mtr/min which is equal to 1 HP

Adding guides on both side is not a right way.. There is many another options for belt tracking.. 1. Adding pull-push arrangement to the tension roller shaft. 2. We can add a camber of 1 to 1.5 degrees on tension roller..

Vo head pulley ka circumference nikal rahe hai 2πr 2radius kya hota hai D To 2πr = πD D = Head pulley dia with lagging = 420mm
