Yaaaaay. I requested this song. And told you that. Conway Twitty was the OG pantie dropper. Thank you so much for doing this song. You are a Gem in a world full of rocks.
Thanks soooo much 4 this!! I grew up to this & he was 1 of my moms all time favs. In fact, he died in my home city @ a hospital i worked @ for years( a yr b4 i started though). People joked that if u listened close enough, u could hear him say " Goodbye Darlin" 😅 he was a truly, great artist & is missed RIP Conway
I have so enjoyed your country reactions. If you want a good laugh i suggest a song that Conway and Loretta Lyn did many years ago called You're the reason our kids are ugly. It is so funny
Traditional old school country music had values, especially towards women. I'm surprised no one has suggested Conway Twitty's you've never been this far before. As you can probably tell from the title the subject is slightly different from the ones you've been listening to. But the respect is definitely still there. I really think you should listen to it, it'll give you a different aspect
Usually Almost I LLM I will stay. I'm that good. But there's a song called almost almost like a song? That's it? That's it almost like a song yeah yeah a country gentleman sings it that's wonderful
He had a rock band first, and then turned to country. Thank God he did because he was one of the best. Women were crazy over him. Check out 'Linda on my mind' and 'It's only make believe' ? Thanks
My favorite Country singer of all times. He set me on the stage with him once when I was just a young girl. Was the highlight of my life. This and getting to see Doug Stone in Concert, another great country singer.
Time for, "You've Never Been This Far Before". Then try Conway & Loretta Lynn duets, " Louisiana Woman Mississippi Man", "I Still believe In Waltzes(beautiful song)", "Feelins'", "After The Fire Is Gone". For fun, "You're The Reason Our Kids Are Ugly" & "Pickin' Wild Mountain Berries". My Mom loved, as do I, Conway & Loretta. She wanted them a be married to each other. We lost Conway much to soon. If he was still alive, I have NO DOUBT Conway would find a way to be played on the radio today. Or is that me having "wishful thinking".
My mom saw Conway singing at "The Palace" in Beaumont, Texas back in the 70s. The only thing she had for an autograph was a blank check, which he promptly signed and which I still have. Your reactions to Conway are joyful to say the least. Thank you.
My guy knows if he wants to get me thinking amorously, play this song. 😂😂😂😂😂 I’m so glad I only had to deal with “Chicago” as a teen. If I had heard this…. Oh My! 😂😂😂
@@joejoebrian1014 definitely about sex . "If he ain't good in the saddle, lord, you won't be satisfied". No woman wants a guy who can't go for more than 8 seconds
Ms T great job as always..... To keep you going on your classic country Journey i give you another classic sexual love song ...... Charlie Rich ( The silver fox ) .... behind close doors !!! All you have to do is read the commits below the song and you will know that is without a doubt one of the greatest love songs in country music history !
Hey Tasha! Other Great Songs By Conway Twitty,"Happy Birthday Darlin", "It's Only Make Believe"( sounds a little like Elvis on this one), Special Note Conway's Real Name Is Lloyd Jenkins.BUT!!! He Changed It To "Conway Twitty" When He Became Famous.Take It Easy!! Sincerely John In Savannah Georgia 👍😊!!!!
Thank you for the reminder of my childhood. I was singing along while brushing my cats, as singing calms them. I know you've reacted to a lot of country, and I love every genre, but it would be cool if you react to the surprise 1981 hit by Frizzell & West: _You're the Reason God Made Oklahoma_ from the film *Every Which Way You Can.*
This song is a running joke between me and my guy. Damn Conway Twitty just come right out and TELL YOU. lol Grew up on this music and it's so nostalgic.
Not all of his songs. But he does have great songs. You've Never Been This Far Before, Slow Hand ect. I highly recommend the live version of Goodbye Time. He was a great performer
In one of the pictures you can see GEORGE JONES leaning on Conway's shoulder...guess you missed that. 😉 PS. Twitty also was a great rock'n'roller in the fifties. You should listen to that. ☺
Basically to Sum it up. if Conway was still writing songs today, it would be something like, I'm going to smash.... I wanna smash ... we going to smash...!
There is a difference between Sexy music and Filthy music. Country adore women, never disrespect. Highly recommend you react to husband and wife: Tim McGraw and Faith Hill: That’s How You Talk To A Girl (a watch for the both of you)
So many good songs by Conway. Hello darling, it’s only make believe, that’s my job, don’t cry Joni, you’ve never been this far before, I see the wanting your eyes, slow hand, as soon as I hang up the phone, tight fit and jeans, you’re the reason our kids are ugly, Louisiana woman Mississippi Man,…. Too many to name.
