When I worked in Conwy The Bank of Scotland was actually a branch of HSBC. Had you got there during the day there is the best fish and chip shop ever opposite the National Trust shop where you can eat in and look of the estuary and everything is cooked to order..

Love your videos. Visited Conwy many times but always stayed in Llandudno or Caernarfon. Will definitely have to stay in Conwy to sample the pubs. Drew’s shop was there both times we visited in the last few years but was closed both times, once for lunch & once for stocktaking. The shop that’s replaced it looks interesting.
Brilliant! Worth the wait.. you just need to try a few walks up the Lakes now. a good one for your 1st Grasmere then up the Lion & the Lamb. ( Helm Crag ) and a few pubs in the village after.. ATB from Canada.. Take Care you two's.. 👍🙏

Couple of things Drew’s is now Dylan’s, the place you looked at with bread,, he sold up after the divorce and moved to the Cotswolds. As you left the Albion pub had you turned left there’s a chippy just there towards the arch 2 or 3 shops up.

Glad to see it’s not just me who struggles to get the Mrs away from charity shops. I’ll have to remember that tactic. Keep up the humour guys, loving the progress of the channel. Helen when drunk is hilarious lol We stayed near Bangor when daughter was at Uni there and attempted Snowden, Husband and son managed it but me and the daughter got fed up and turned round as it was getting a bit scary high for my liking but can remember the burn in the glutes and the legs for about a week after ! Getting up off the loo was a painful experience for a few days lol Its a lovely area and will have to re-visit one day. Some people say the Welsh are rude but we always found them very friendly. Looking forward to your next adventure.
Great video as usual James and Helen, you are both naturals. That looked a nice scenic walk, but I could nt believe how the weather changed so much, I bet lots of walkers get caught out by not wearing the right clothing. Well done to you both and Scott too😊

You guys are great together... great watch - wasnt awkward when Helen had the phone honest.. lol But the chemistry is part of what makes it work.. Was in Conwy last year to see Drew`s also what a let down to find it closed up.. Helen didn't miss much in that charity shop either.
