Advice to Queen. She’s doing a good job but she should be conscious about her continuous echoing of what what her guests are saying and should not try to complete their sentences. It is distracting.

Please why do they always say that you shouldn't add plenty pepper to Afang that it is a hot leaf?

Too much of affang causes heat, so if u add more pepper, ur on a long thing with your health. Follow what they tell you, its our traditional food so we know better. Just add little pepper
