It's not compulsory to cover your hair in a show like this(Hilda's hair is neatly braided and the hair of the host is cut low so they are good to go). Also note that this is not a professional kitchen.

Thank you for a wonderful presentation but for hygiene purposes your wristwatch, bangle etc should not be worn while cooking. It should be bare below and your nails are way too long for this. Surprised you mentioned you have a brand. You may be needing some more training in food hygiene I wish you all the best dear.
