This recipe makes a 100 samosas that’ are a fairly nice medium size
My tortilla maker is called the (brentwood) brand and I know this brand individually is not in stock anymore, but you can get a similar off Amazon
Ingredients 10-12 potatoes
1 big bag frozen veggies peas carrots
2 medium onions
2 medium tomatoes
1 tbs turmeric
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs salt
1 tbs crushed coriander
1 tbs zeera
1 tbs crushed coriander
Lots of cilantro 🌿 for garnish
Flour mixture
I used 6 cups of all purpose flour (maida)
10 tablespoons of butter
1 tbs zeera
1tbs Ajwain
2 tbs salt or according to taste
Knead with 3 cups warm water watching carefully
