Oxtail 2.15 lb
Cow skin 0.6 lb
Tripe 1 lb
Cow foot 1.4 lb
Blue crabs 1.3 lb
Kako (stock fish) 85 g
Ginger 30 g
Baking (bicarbonate of) soda 1 tsp
Palm oil 1 cup
