Cook with Me Daily Dishes: Uzbek Plov, Potato Pie & Stuffed Peppers 🥧 Slow living

🍚 Plov Ingredients for 6 adult portions:
400 g rice 🍚 (well rinsed !)
325 g carrots 🥕
325 g meat 🥩
1 big onion 🧅
150 ml vegetable oil
Raisins, garbanzo beans, cumin, black pepper, salt.
🥣 Pie Crust Ingredients:
* 320 flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 250g unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
* 1/2 cup (80-120ml) ice water (Stop adding water when the dough begins to form large clumps!
🥔For the pie filling:
Slice 2-3 potatoes, season with salt, and bake at 180°C (375°F) until it turn golden.
🥧Enjoy your potato pie!
🫑 Stuffed peppers Ingredients:
15-20 mini peppers
250 g ground meat
1-2 cup rice
a bit of garlic 🧄
spices
Prepare the filling by combining meat, rice, garlic, and spices.
Stuff the mini peppers with the filling mixture.
In a Dutch oven, place the stuffed peppers.
Add potatoes, carrots, and onions to the Dutch oven.
Pour boiled water over everything.
Cover and cook until peppers are tender and filling is cooked through.
