Thank you! Moved into a house with freshly fitted kitchen. When something fell down the back of one of the drawers (as it inevitably does), I was clueless! You rescued me from a permanently jutting bottom drawer.
Feeling emotional. This combined with advice to thread a padded envelope through the back of the drawer has given me access to my cutlery again, after a week with 4 spoons and 2 forks.
When putting the drawers back in I don't always get the click, to get around this, while the drawer is out reach round the to rear and push the rail slider into the rear of the drawer, you will then get the click - just mind your fingers!
Great vid thank you. My soft close mechanism on one side is forever sticking the wrong way, preventing the draw from 'softclosing' until I reset it. Then it's fine for a few goes until it fails again. Do you know why this might happen? Cheers
Good morning. Watching your video and have the same soft close draws. One of the white soft close finger catches is faulty. Any idea where i can get spares? Many thanks. Doug
