Glad to see that she seems to be over the morning sickness! That noodle dish looked absolutely amazing, I really want some of that. Cherries, they are a Christmas fruit here in Australia. Christmas is Summer for us. My cherry tree is completely dormant at the moment. Towards the end of September the leaves and blossoms will appear. Then from the end of December to mid January, I'll be stuffing my face with fresh cherries!!!

Sleep when you can and eat in moderation anything you want.. doctor can help with what you need to eat or avoid but each person is different. Take prenatal vitamins and stay hydrated. Exercise as you can and if something upsets your tummy then you know not to eat it. God bless and best wishes ❤

I think alot of the don't eat this and don't t eat that was from the olden times in Vietnam. Living in the west now, we don't really need to worry much. Just gotta becareful of like thing that's have been left out or cold food, when bacteria can grow.
