Today, I made Baghali Ghatogh, a delicious local stew in northern Iran. It’s very delicious and easy to cook. It’s a unique mix of peeled fava beans, dill, garlic, and eggs. Baghali Ghatogh is a delicious dish when served with smoked caspian kutum, kateh (simple rice), and a variety of pickles.
It’s really pleasant to make Baghali Ghatogh in the local Gamaj clay pots.
🔵Ingredients for 2 Servings:
1 Cup of Dried Arikara Yellow Bean
4 Cloves of Garlic
3 Tablespoons of Dry Dill
2 Glasses of Boiling Water
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
Salt and Black Pepper Powder as needed
