Good luck it is really hard being a chef but never give up. I was a chef for over 12 years but my body just wore out, but luckily I had a backup plan in place in case I left the industry. No matter what just stay focused and do not let the drama of the kitchen get to you trust me they start drama for no reason with anyone but there are a lot of cooks who are great to work with and have your back in the good and bad. And my final piece of advice is never stop learning no matter if it's from a world class chef or a home cook. I have seen many home cooks try flavor combinations that some higher end chefs wouldn't think go together but actually really work. Take inspiration from everything and if you fail that's ok just keep grinding and you will have great success.

Junoon is such a great restaurant. Vikas Khanna the Owner is one of the best Indian Masterchefs we have right now. If anyone wants to explore Indian cooking him, Sanjeev Kapoor, Ranveer Brar and Gaurav Kapoor are go to.

When I first watched your videos I was so angry. I was angry about how can someone get so many subscribers just by cutting apples and watermelons with flakey salt on top. I didnt understand how there was people on the comments saying positive thinga and enjoying that content. Now ive seen more and more your content and ive been proved that you really are a really good chef, you inspire people and deserve all the likes.
