I used to cook like this for my family when they were home. Now all four of my boys are grown and it's just my husband and I. I still cook but it took me forever to learn how to cook for the two of us. I'm loving watching you cook for your family and seeing that they enjoy eating. Looks so good! I recently used ground chicken in a taco lasagna and definitely should’ve added extra seasoning. Ground chicken takes more seasoning to be tasty, likely because of the low fat content
