Yani & Fabio, just a fun fact, if the dish is too vinegary or sour, you can remedy it by adding 1 to 2 tbsp of sugar to balance the flavor. Also, if the dish has vinegar in it like adobo, refrain from mixing it. Let the vinegar evaporates first and then you can now mix it. But overall, you've done a great job! Keep it up.. Next, adobo please..
Great job, Fabio! Looks delicious! Just a bit of hint in the future, always brown garlic first as it makes the dish and oil aromatic, then add the onions, etc. Otherwise, you did great! 😊
You guys are so funny together! I watched from your earlier vlogs and i remember few years back you guys announced that you were going to do travel vlog series.... am i right? but the pandemic hit so i guess that did not happen. I started watching your channel again recently with your philippine visit series and remembered how much i love watching you guys together! Looking forward to more Fabio Eats and more content! ❤
Well done, guys! At home we do escabeche with tuna. I feel like there is no ultimate recipe, it's just like adobo where every lola or mama has their own take on it. I must say, your take on escabeche looks soooo good! At home we add a tad bit of sugar instead of the sweet and sour sauce to balance out the acidity of the vinegar. There is no right and wrong, what matters is the sweet and sour taste! At our school canteen they even add scallions, tomatoes, and red onions to make it look more colorful! 😍
i suggest to try sarciado pesca next. i use canned diced tomatoes and a tbsp of salted black beans with the scrambled eggs. still ok without the the tausi ❤
yazzz for the garlic press!! 😇 i have that whenever i cook coz i dont wanna eat garlic when its not crushed.tip: after pressing the garlic, use the knife to scrape the garlic .😅 and you need to add little sugar to neutralize the acidity of the tomato ketchup.and saute the bellpeppers and onions a little longer (like when you have roasted onions and bellpeppers that taste flavourful)😇 yani's mum should have that garlic press as she does lumpia 😇😇 P.S -i still love the Fabio eats -where everything is possible 😂❤❤

I eat my Filipino food on the salty side too I’m exactly like Yani, I refrain from putting too much salt 🧂 for my fam when I cook but I have my saw-sawan on the side. 😂
Hahahaha my only advice is just relax..... Both of you is too excited with whats happening. And prepare everything in advance. Specially the garlic . Also cooking is a process so enjoy it and dont stress out. If you add too much salt you can always add more water. The more you love cooking the tastier your food will be. Mga vaklang itwoh! Hahhahaaha And when you put the vinegar, let it cook first, dont stir it for atleast a few minutes. Relax guys and youll be fine.
All you had to do was add fish sauce and 2 beaten eggs and it would have been perfect. No need for sugar, ginger, pineapple juice and all the other things people are mentioning in the comment section. 😂
