Fermented bamboo shoot juice: 1/2 cup
Local chilli powder: 7 tablespoons
Tomato: 3 nos.
Cloves of garlic: 12 nos.
Salt: Add as per your taste
Green chilli: 15-18 nos.
(You can also add pork lard & ginger to enhance the taste)

Onion: 2 nos.

Tomato: 1 no.
Cloves of garlic:6-8 nos.
