We are a little behind in watching videos, but we just stopped for the night on our way home to Spokane after driving to Nebraska for a family funeral. Guess where we are stopped tonight? Bozeman! Quite the fun when we clicked on this video while in our hotel room. We love Bozeman. It’s a great town and wish we could hang out longer. Safe travels!

I just spent days watching your videos and I feel like I know you! We have a dream to travel but absolutely no plans to do so, and I like camping about as much as Caleb likes hiking. Yet, I am LOVING your family and your adventures. Now I’ve got the balloon fiesta and ojo caliente on my bucket list and I’m researching motor homes. Thank you so much for sharing your journey. I know this is an older video, but just recently watched (I’ve been binge watching the catalog while recovering from surgery-love you guys!). We tried this recipe with some adaptions since I didn’t have the Olivelle seasonings (I have since ordered them), and it was a big hit with my teenaged boys! These are guys that would only eat dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets for YEARS, so I’m delighted their palates have expanded. The KYD pecan coffee spice blend and go-to garlic salt were good substitutes (we are repeat customers) as well as some garlic infused olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar I had on hand. This recipe has been officially added to our dinner rotation! I hope to be back in the RV cooking it over a fire in cast iron soon!

BOZEMAN!! Used to visit that town every year when I had family there. A beautiful, funky town. I love how those green fields meet the dark green forest around the edges of town. The fishing is amazing all around there too! Have fun!

Your current video made us both happy and sad. We are supposed to be in Yellowstone right now. Like you, we had planned on stopping at the Provo Elks Lodge, as well as the Sunrise Campground. Unfortunately my wife needed emergency surgery last month so we had to scrap our summer plans. Alaska is on our bucket list, so we can’t wait to travel along with you at home. This looks sooooo good! I am completely inspired! Going to try this ASAP! We have an anniversary camping trip coming up in 2 weeks and this is now on the list. I love the idea of more camp cooking meal ideas. I am working my way from the very beginning on your channel and I am really enjoying it. I feel like I got to travel during this Covid limitation time. I am getting a bit of cabin fever now, but I have all kinds of ideas and I am looking at ways to do some staycation aspects and look at my own area like a tourist and rediscover it.

Flank steak n skirt steak are NOT the same....hence why they both have different names. We mexicans, marinate our skirt steak with a corona beer, salt n pepper.....4hr marinate to overnight. Grill it.... get some corn tortillas n bam..... cut up onion, cilantro n add hot salsa n you got urself an AUTHENTIC taco. Salsa: 6 roma tomatoes Half of a 1/4 onion 5 serrano o jalepeno peppers Salt Pepper Boil tomato, peppers n then drain water..... Put tomato n pepper, onion n salt n pepper into blender n pulse....so its a lil chunky or if u prefer u can totally blend it. Your welcome :)

I love the Chateau Lake Louise. A must see. Of course, Banff and Jasper National park are both magnificent. Hope you have an uneventful trip. Many years ago when I was transferred to Fairbanks, the ALCAN was 1,400 miles of rock and gravel.

Hey guys wish we were there! Felt I should alert (was going to say warn) but thought that might be over stated . When you get to Alaska mind the signage. On our motorcycle trip in 2009 along the road there are signs that look like 3 humps, kinda looks like a weird snake. When you see one please slowdown. Meaning "Road Humps". Because the summer is used for repairing the road from the cold frost heaving winter, the pavement gets buckled. The space between the "humps" is so severe in some spots that your RV will get airborne and come down hard. Saw lots of broken axles and RVs along the side of the road. You all be safe see U in the next episode. Randy
