Ryland! I have the same microwave as you I know why its doing that!!! So that wheel stand thing sitting on top of the metal plate is actually supposed to go underneath so it allows the tray to rotate properly rather than grinding on the metal... hence why there are sparks. Also I'm pretty sure its also a convection oven (atleast mine is), so to microwave things evenly there should be a plastic type tray that sits on top of the metal one as well. Hope this helps! :)
*GUYS YOUR MICROWAVE IS FINE!!!* That is a Wolf MWC24 microwave _and_ convection oven. The metal tray seen in the video is for the device but the convection oven part of it, not the microwave. When you use the microwave function you are supposed to *take out* that metal catch-dish (which is actually for a rack) and put in the glass plate designed for microwave use. I highly recommend finding the PDF of the MWC24's manual, it's quite a neat little oven you have there, just need to learn how it's used! Hope this helps! ~Much love~ ♥

Ryland Adams yes, I suggest you take some cooking/baking classes. It could be really fun. Learning the basics will take you a long way. Like how different batters require different mixing. In this case brownie batter is supposed to be mixed until everything is combined and not to be over mixed.

lawhitegirll518 the convection option of a convection microwave oven is separate though if I understand correctly. Like if they just use the microwave option, it’ll make the metal arc, because microwaves can’t penetrate metal. However, if you use the convection option to cook, you can use metal.

Ryland, it looks like you guys have a CONVECTION MICROWAVE. You need to take the METAL BIT OUT before microwaving. Only use the metal bit when convection option is switched on.
Sugar Plum when you buy a house the microwave usually comes w it. So most likely they didn’t buy the microwave. It’s so annoying always see people putting Shane and Ryland down for buying nice things w the money they’ve earned.
