nice outcome and great recipe....mistake moja tu ni kukoroga mchele ikishaanza kuiva hufanya ivunjike...just stir once after adding water for better results

Gal you have tried but pilau is not cooked with any tomatoes .either fresh or paste. You have to use enough garlic & ginger. Enough Onions & please it should not be golden brown. And pilau Masada & of course enough meat. What you are cooking is normal rice.

U said "u need a lot of onions" is 5pieces of onion a lot of onions??? Mpishi wa pilau hua hatumii pilau masala unatumia viungo vya pilau kimoja baada ya kingine...na hutumii tomato paste....unahitaji masomo zaidi.......
@@2ndgenerationdairyman102 check out on youtube swahili traditional pilau. Waru is part of the ingredient!!!! By the way pilau is a swahili dish. You dont put tomato paste, you dont put tomatoes and you use whole pilau herbs to achieve natural spicy taste and aroma.
Good pilau… I was watching your video and I imagined some of your viewers who are non-kiswahili speaking May at times not get some of the explanation ,once you switch from ENGLISH …please note you have a wider audience than just the Swahili speaking ones.
I love this one more than using the other spices. My kids wakikula wanaanza kuniambia mum sikuli pilau cz Iko na mambegu na miti. This is the best depending na mtu. So just rate yours as we rate this one to 10 over 10
