Traditional Hmong Food | Tribal Cuisine
We explore the traditional food of the Hmong people in Laos. A ride from the city takes us to a small village where we get immersed in an eye opening cultural experience. There are lots of new ingredients and flavours to sample and as a bonus we get to shoot a tribal crossbow… a wonderful way to spend your 41th birthday!

I tried using a bow and arrow in shooting my Christmas turkey but after I broke the arrow I decided to thaw the frozen turkey and then use the bow and arrow. This is meant to be funny. The Hmong people are so much gentler on our planet. Another great adventure. Thank you.

These are the real Hmong food.
