I foraged a load of wild mushrooms this year so I cooked up a soup or maybe it's a stew... It was alright, could be better but if you wanna try it here's the recipe...
1 finely chopped onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 stock cube
Half a celeriac root (cubed)
A hand full of dried porcini mushrooms
2tsp of scaly hedgehog mushrooms
Salt and pepper
A glug of apple cider vinegar
2tbs butter mixed in
Parsley, parmesan and fried mushrooms for garnish
