Meet Kim Murphy, a Certified Plant-Based Health Coach and founder of Simply Plant Based Kitchen™. Kim, a busy wife and mom from Cedar Park, TX, turned her struggle with complex plant-based recipes into a mission to make healthy eating simple and delicious. After losing her father to chronic diseases, she became determined to prevent these conditions through diet.
Kim’s mission is to show that food is the best medicine. Everyone, especially AJ, needs to differentiate between processed stevia and natural stevia. I grow it and I am in the process of dehydrating some right now. It is naturally sweet and for good the body. A true natural sweetener.

Aldi’s often has Madjoul Dates in bags in their produce area, in the middle island area of produce (at least in my Aldi’s stores near me). I call Madjoul Dates, “Natures Candy”, as they taste like Glazed Donuts!

hey Chef, tfs. I used to do that with the food processor too, over 50 years ago. AND, my mommy used to do the drop & plop method before i was born & taught me. My sweet youtube friend, who we have met & spent time with, made sweet potatoe brownies & gave me 3, they were so delicious, i am STILL thinking about them. I have not made , either, yet. Hedging bc i wouldn't be able to be responsible with them, in the home. I did manage to eat one of hers, a day ,for 3 days.

Processed stevia usually contains erythritol, which is said to be a carcinogen. I grow organic stevia plants & dry the leaves & use my spice grinder to make stevia powder.
