Ice box cake is a very easy dessert to make for a bunch of people. It is very simple yet deceptively tasty. It only uses 3 ingredients pudding, gram cracker and cinnamon sugar! Place in the refrigerator for about 30-40.

My mom used to make this all the time, everyone loved it! She would use to layers of chocolate pudding, than whipped cream on top,best ever. Planning to make it on holiday with my granddaughter, keep that tradition going! Love you Mom

My mother-in-law always made this for her family, and my husband and I have carried on the tradition. We make it exactly the same way (minus the cinnamon). Can't wait to make one now. Thanks for sharing!
They used to do something like this when I was in the Navy. Called it Graham Central Station, but it had a whipped topping for the upper layer with chocolate chips on top. Very tasty

i used the wafer cookies and added strawberry flavor to vanilla pudding..yes..cooked..it helps to incorporate the layers..the boys loved it. the 1 boy is allergic to everything but sugar. idk, but it was a nice stacked cake
I'm Italian and my Italian grandmom used to make this all the time and I loved it. But with hers instead of putting graham crackers on top of the vanilla pudding she would put shredded coconut and cherries on top instead. What are the size boxes of the chocolate and vanilla pudding?
My mother made this too recipe but a little different by adding rum on the graham crackers then the top layer with whole graham crackers then cool whip, then chocolate shavings. Delicious😋😋
@Susan Callahan Not sure what OZ your store has for small or big, if you don't mind leftovers why not get a big box and just use enough to fill the pan in alternate layers. :)
