Onions
1 large red onion
1tbsp butter
1tbsp olive oil
To finish
1tbsp brown sugar
1tsp balsamic vinegar
Mayo mix
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp American mustard
3-4 dashes hot sauce
cheese sauce
¼ cup of stock
¼ cream
¼ blue cheese
¼ shredded sharp cheddar
Choose you cut of steak - I prefer Porterhouse or skirt
Ciabatta roll or any bread you prefer
Tomato
Rocket
Marinated peppers
