Maybe it's not a relevant comment here, but I feel so elated and proud when I see a dark woman being absolutely happy and confident in her own skin. That's something I haven't been able to master even at the age of 24.

Being a Bengali myself, I think Bengali people are more inclusive of colour, creed or caste. Entirely my opinion because I experienced it all my life untill I married into a north indian family. I didn't know sexism existed before marrying.

I am a Bengali living in the US and narrate my recipes in English as I feel there are people around the world who love Indian cuisine but are intimidated in trying it out thinking it to be too complicated. This led me to start my cooking channel doing voiceovers in English explaining everything in detail. It’s my dream that I would one day get an opportunity to cook in your kitchen but don’t know whether my dreams will ever come true with a channel of only 31k followers. Those flavours are nostalgic to me... I've tried searching for the authentic Briyani recipe n have tried but failed... Maybe urs can help me..
