Love submodalities for definite memories and Time Line Therapy for things people cannot remember but are triggered by. Thanks Matt.

I love this technique. I have worked with tapping and hypnotherapy in the past. I LOVE Papa John's Pizza. Sometimes I will order delivery 3 times a week. I can order a large and eat the whole thing in one sitting. I did the mapping process and exchanged the pizza for brussel sprouts. I got a huge lump in the top of my throat and tightness across the top front of my neck. I will keep working on this technique. It was recommended by BadAsh Ashley Morgan. Thank you!

Thanks for watching the video, yes this technique has caused way too much fun over the years! From snickers to snails, from Twix to brussel sprouts, or even from McDonalds fries to Tequila! I'm McLovin' it...

What struck me is that she a a certain point reports a strong smell of cinnamon, however you never asked for the relvance of this submodality. It all seems to works out ok, but am curious as to whether there was a reason to not ask for the relevance of this submodality. After all, as I see it, working with submodalities requires precision. Curious, even 3 years after first publication of this video.

Is swearing or cussing a good thing in demonstrations?

Nope

Surely you should be demonstrating without the need for the sheet?

Great question, I've actually thought this through for all our demos. The reason we choose to use the manual (and worksheet) is to demonstrate EXACTLY what we want our students to do during the exercise in class. Otherwise brand new students will try to do it without a handout and possibly miss parts. Just an aspect of creating great demos!

@@MattBrauningI absolutely agree as I am still a baby with NLP and if my analysis of the position is right then fear of getting it wrong and missing items on the checklist creates hesitation which can subsequently hijack the process. What do you think?

Something is fishy here , think she believes in submodilities very much that's why it affected her that much for me i think likes won't change like that
