I have Made the Exact copy But i am Not getting How to Add EEPROM first. Characters are not Coming, LEDs are blinking randomly. i have EEPROM library too... I can't find the solution

You upload EEPROM code to arduino than you upload second code make sure that you connected everything properly if you were using solder paste clean it up well
