Cool recipe for apple pancakes with yogurt! sugar free flour free
Perfect breakfast! Highly recommended!
Instead of oat flakes you can also use coconut flour, but of course in a much smaller amount (see consistency).
Ingredients (1 cup=200 ml):
✔️ 1 cup oatmeal.
✔️ 200g yoghurt.
✔️ 2 eggs.
✔️1 teaspoon of baking soda.
✔️ 2 apples.
✔️ Zest of half a lemon.
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 105.23 kcal.
Protein - 4.78g.
fat - 3.44 g.
Carbohydrate - 13.20 g.
