I own the Moondrop Space Travel for a few months now, I'm very happy with them too, they are my main In ear headphones, when I'm not using them I use my KZ Planar Magnetic IEM's with my Fiio BTR3K. It's incredible what quality you get these days for so little money.
I love those Moondrop Space Travels! I was actually using a pair of Moondrop Chu's as my daily IEM of choice since they were super affordable and sounded great. Unfortunately the left monitor stopped working and I've been looking to find a replacement (looking at the Chu 2s, you could totally include them in one of these videos) and I feel like the Space Travels would totally fit what I need.
My Chu set had developed a channel imbalance after a few months, one sounded lower than the other. I loved the size of it so I got the Chu 2 recently. They are great!!! Better bass, removable cable, small size. I'd recommend it. I don't like wireless iems so I got the Chu 2. If I were to get wireless, Space Travel would be my pick. Other cheap ($25 or less) wired iem recommendations: Tang'Zu Wan'er, 7Hz Zero ( 1 or 2), Truthear Hola, Blon Z300.
I got spacetravel few months ago, although it's my first wireless in-ears but I can def vouch for it. Like mentioned in the video the battery is not on a decent size but that's the price you pay for. It's pretty lightweight too, stays tight in my ears and the ANC beats my 50$ ANCheadphones. Wish they released the black version earlier though so i would've picked it over the dirtywhite one lul
I'm torn between the Moonstone switches and the Space Travel Wireless Earbuds. Both look to be great products from a company I have not previously even looked at. Thanks for putting this series out, it's bringing more options to the masses!
GOD I love the sound on the Moonstone Switches. I am still fairly new to the custom keyboard community and I'm currently running a customized GK61 with optical silver switches. I would love to try out soldering and upping the level on my keyboard with these amazing switches. The fact that they have speed versions as well is "amazing", since I could use some speed in my GM Overwatch games. Love the content, keep it up!
I will definitely be picking up those moonstone switches as someone who is getting into the custom keyboard scene they look really cool and sound so satisfying
The moonstone switches sound so good, I've had an RK61 for a while now and have done some mods and I think those switches would be a perfect pair in my RK.
6:17 - As an international business traveler, those magnetic cables are the “toc” evolution that I’ve been waiting for to keep my space organized. Big fan of the color ways.
I have a love/hate relationship with cables and cablemanagement and those magnetic type c cables are everything I've dreamed off. All cables should have this feature.
Hey Mr James! Cool in-camera transition from the moonstone specs to the piles of switches. And the non-gamer switches are also my favorite item of this episode. I just got my first MK and it has south-facing LED's. I also have side-printed keycaps so those switches would be perfect!
As a commuter and an Android user, the Space Travel wireless buds look like a great deal and if you lose them, it's not going to break your bank account. Definitely, something to put on a Christmas wish list.
I finally convinced my girlfriend to use a mouse and keyboard for her work load! (She has been using her trackpad for years) She would love the mouse !! and if not, I can always craft her a keyboard with those switches !!!! I would love to go back down that rabbit hole XDD epic video though, always appreciate your videos !
Wow, those iQunix Moonstone switches sound amazing. I have been getting into custom keyboards for the past 2 years and I just never took the jump due to it feeling like a high cost to entry. I would love to have those switches and to use them to make a custom 65% keyboard, because my current ducky mecha mini 60% board is hard to use because I miss my dedicated arrow keys. I feel like those switches would be a perfect fit to what I need! I would love the turbo one because I do like to play games quite a lot 😂. It is genuinely insane to me that those sound like that from factory!
That Moondrop dawn pro amp/dac would be a great Christmas gift for me! I’ve been upgrading my setup slowly and feel like I need a AMP/DAC just to help out more with my audio and sound quality!
iQunix Moonstones are my favorite this vid. Lubing your switches is a must for peak sound and feel, but it’s definitely something to trough through, it feels like. Like I have to grout my teeth before going on with it. Though I know some people that find the process meditative , I’m not that way, so self lubricating switches feel like a god send whenever I come across them.
I keep hurting myself with linear switches but the sound of the Moonstones make it the best of this video for sure. (Tactiles for life, but linears have some of the best sounds)
The Moondrop Dawn Pro DAC looks truly amazing! Recently picked up a 15" MacBook Air and I think the super compact size of the DAC would complement the laptop well, not to mention improving the output quality of my cans!
The wireless space travel earbuds would be perfect for me as I have been looking for new earbuds. They sound pretty cool, and I just might buy them even If I don't win these, They sound like an incredible deal.
The Dawn AMP/DAC looks like it will be the perfect travel companion, I have a small dap but I still wish there was something more compact; this looks perfect.
The magtame magnetic cables are truly underrated given how wires are usually the visual clutter in your setup due to its tangling all around. Having the magnet mechanism would truly makes it easier for using it properly and easy for travel as well
I have to add that AMP/DAC to my wish list. Since I got my new pair of IEMs, I want to use them all the time, I like them so much and it’d be cool to use them with my phone. Perfect recommendation
Bro honestly those magnetic cables are sick I had some random Amazon brand ones forever ago but they broke on me. Super versatile but the cables wrapping up like that is actually pretty sick, overlooked feature on a lot of tech honestly.
Still like that you do these. Fun to see the gadgets I wouldn't otherwise find. That being said, that DAC - seems like a nice option for someone who can't justify buying something more expensive because you'd never get a real session to use it, but that still wants a bit of an audio boost.
That mouse is super minimal and straight to the point, working on a computer all day is straining on the wrist so this could dual as a remedy for that as well as a cool gadget to add into the office! Thank you for always finding cool gadgets for us to add into what ever part of lifestyle it best suits.
Absolutely loving that DAC/amp you just featured! As an audiophile with a passion for quality sound, the thought of pairing it with my Turthear Hola IEMs is enthralling. Count me in for the giveaway; it's a game-changer!
The Magtame Cables look awesome. I always hated shoving the cable for my Google Pixel phone in my backpack when traveling...these cables would keep things much more organized
As someone who uses a MacBook Pro for audio engineering that Moondrop DAC would be super convenient since I have to normally cart an I/O and usb adapter. Would be an awesome Christmas present
I think the Keychron M6 is the most useful gadget on the list because of its various features like the free scrollwheel and the 2.4 GHz dongle as well as the second scrollwheel and the switch for three different Bluetooth connections. This is very convenient to switch between several computers for working and gaming.
