In this video, Lisel creates a beautiful pendant using FS999 Fine Silver Clay, an Antique Mold and two different textures. Once the Antique Mold has been packed, she creates the backdrop of her piece by texturing both sides using one of our Easy Release Textures and an Acrylic Clay Hand Roller. She then attaches the mold piece and adds a coil all the way around, creating both a border and a bail.

When I use the FS999 the edges of the clay pieces curl as they are drying which won't let me put the pieces together like you did in this beautiful piece. Am I doing something wrong with the drying process? I usually just air dry all day or over night.

about the Antique Mold, what is the provenance of it?

Well that doesn't answer the question that I was trying to ask. I will try again . Antique means old to me in many cases 100+ years. A silicone mould can't be very old. :-) So the provenance question of it, was directed to the originals used to make the moulds from. Sorry. Where are they from what styles and time period? What's their story?

@@t0rb1naalborg44 Each antique mold is created from an original button. The buttons can range from over hundred years old to tens of years old. Hope this helps explain.
