Simple drain and fill antifreeze procedure for all gencoupes!
I was able to get about 1 gallon (3.78 L) out from the radiator plus an additional 0.5 L was added to the reservoir so overall 4.3 L was exchanged.
Don't forget to add distilled to the reservoir then remove it after. Also close the purge line when idling with heat/fan on!

Welp I finally quit procrastinating and did the coolant flush. I do have a major tip if anyone is putting off doing this because they dont feel like taking off the bumper. You absolutely dont have to! When you remove the coolant reservoir from the top of the radiator it gives you super easy access to the purge valve and its tube. All I had to do was unscrew those two plastic screws on the little underside plastic pannel at the edge of my driver side bumper right in front of the wheel, and fish a small hose from the purge valve tube through the opening at the wheel well into my jug for old radiator fluid.

damn! I really wish I replaced the coolant in my car while I was doing my fmic install. I broke some of the clips on my front bumper and had to glue it back in place on the passenger side with JB weld. Its a huge headache to get the thing back on and look right.

It actually does. It's sweet. but obv poisonous. Tip: antidote is to drink ethyl alcohol (reg drinking alcohol)

Note: you're not suppose to remove the valve. just turn and leave it.

4.3 Liters huh? My 3.8 liter 2016 Hyundai states 9.51 quarts or 2.4 gallons roughly... I wonder where the other 0.7 liters is at? Probably in the radiator grill itself.. maybe.. -shrugs-

You should turn on your heater so you can fully flush the whole system, it does make a difference letting the heater go off and having the thermostat cycle 3-5 times. Coolant funnel kit would have been easier too since the funnel will have a higher point of gravity than the radiator
