@@swizzler8053 Yes! This meets my love to tinker and modify as the years go by! Enough fans, enough hard drive spaces, and a unique PSU spot allowimg the height of the pc to drop! Great thermals and noise comparable with the corsair D series (700D) I have used for a decade. Great for initial air cooling with water cooling potential if money shows itself! This looks like a keeper that can be used for decades!

I built a rig for a mate using this case, and I've just got one for myself for £129 AT Ebuyer UK, that's a steal. All full towers are big, so I'm not sure why people act so surprised. The last Coolermaster HAF 932 Full Tower Case I got Is 15 years old, still in use, and not that much smaller than this.
Food for thought in that I am in the process of looking into a case for all the components I am putting together for a new desktop and considering I have a older Thermaltake Level 20 size in't quite the matter to me. I would take good airflow any day of the week.
I LOVE the look of this case. Besides the lack of RGB glass on the front, & being £50 cheaper, what are the differences between the Cooler Master HAF 700 EVO & this case? We would LOVE to see you build the ULTIMATE water-cooling PC, using this case with at least three if not FOUR 420mm radiators at the SAME TIME, as a single water loop, with water cooling blocks on the: CPU, GPU, M.2 drive and on the DDR5 RAM! Would this be the ultimate dream setup for next gen hardware (like the intel 13th gen CPU, RTX4090ti, PCIe gen 5 M.2 drive and even hot DDR5 RAM)? Ultimate silent cooling PC for the ultimate enthusiast gamer?
This case makes more sense than the NV 7 Phanteks. Two giant fans on the front of the case and the possibility of placing 2 radiators on top makes a big difference to the exhaust. It would be interesting if the fans on the bottom could be angled towards the back and not the angle towards the side of the case lid. In my opinion, this is the best case at the moment and secondly Corsair Obsidian.
Reminds me of my favorite case the Thermaltake View 51 TG Snow White edition. It’s a huge full tower with 2 each 200mm fans in front with one exhaust fan.
I have this case. It is huge, but the cooling works so good. Just bear in mind that it is not silent. You can hear the fans, but probably the same for other cases in this class.
I've always liked cooler master cases, the last few years have seen a dip but they look to be back. My favorite case was my coolermaster storm trooper, was huge for it's time but not very well designed for modern components. The 200mm fans on this one have my interest, they can deliver massive amounts of cool air into the thing and they're quiet as can be. really considering buying this one
Great video! Thank you for making it! I've been looking at every case that I could find every major brand. I mainly like cases with 200mm fans. I had the Fractal Torrent and I really loved it. However, I'm going to be using a Prosiphon Elite CPU cooler, because I really don't want to worry about a water cooler/AIO. The Prosiphon Elite is very wide and aims the exhaust towards the top of the case. There aren't that many cases that prioritize bottom to top airflow. The ones that do are around 5 years old or older. They don't have modern USB jacks, for example. This case, however, has all the modern features I'm looking for, and I can customize the airflow to any direction I want. I'm going to put 2x 200mm in the top, leave the 2x 200mm in the front. Then I'll put 3x 140mm in the bottom. Still deciding whether to leave the 2x 120mm in the rear, since they won't be needed. I'll have to test with and without them to see how they affect the airflow. Probably won't affect the CPU much, but could help the VRMs in the rear of the motherboard. Anyone else using this config and have test numbers?
The first question and problem I need to solve is whether to use a vertical GPU mount or not? I think it leaving it horizontal assists the GPU's intake airflow and the exhaust from the top of the card better. Mounting it vertically would push the exhaust air from the GPU back into the heatsink. The only way it would help is if the GPU fans are mounted as exhaust fans. Although, the bottom fans wouldn't have the same static air pressure that the GPU onboard fans would have, being so close. Therefore, I plan to leave the GPU in the standard, horizontal configuration with 3x 140mm high airflow fans in the bottom. The Prosiphon Elite has 4x fans mounted on it, so it won't need much help from the bottom fans to be effective as a smaller cooler would have.
The second question is whether to use the side fans near the front or not? I mainly wanted this HAF 700 case because of the lower frequency the 200mm fans generate. That'll be less wear on my tinnitus I already have. Plus, I'll be able to run them at a lower RPM and still maintain great airflow. The bottom fans are taking care of the GPU. That just leaves cooling for any non-NVMe SSDs I might install. I do have a bunch of used older 2.5" SSDs that I'd like to use as scratch disks, temp storage, less used data storage, etc. Aim 2-3x 140mm outward as exhaust fans would help to keep that area of the case cooler. Although, redirecting that air towards the back of the case through that narrow gap would be better. That means I would need to cover that front, side vent so the air has to travel towards the rear. I'll have to experiment with that as well. So many fun options with this case! Can't wait until it gets here! =)
Will add a comment, I have this case with a 420x50mm rad in the top and yesterday a 2mm x 7mm plastic tab that holds it in place snapped and the whole rad and some water went into my build. A great case BUT DONT USE THE ENCLOSED cage for mounting anything in the top .
I probably gone get this one when i build my new system with a RTX 40 super series, there almost no other case like this under 300 euro. 2 x 360 rad in the top i can finally make a cpu loop and a gpu loop with different colors of fluid, and enough space to do some cool bending. I been waiting on cooler master for a case like this but the evo was a bit to expensive. I currently have a Modded cooler master Haf-X, but it took a lot of dremel cutting to get radiators in there. This is kinda my dream case in features and i love the HAF look, all the other are glass square boxes this has personality. it need little extra modding and that nice too
Hello, I have a question regarding the clearance between the PCIE port and the glass panel on this case. I have a 4090 TUF in a P600S case and, regarding all the bad news we are reading about the cable bending issue, i'd like to have more clearance to avoid the bending of death for my GPU. what's the space between PCIE and glass panel? On my case it's around 17 cm i think.. Thanks :)
As a conservative ´air cooler´ fan, and given how the best air coolers are huge inside average sized enclosures, I feel really disappointed that this case´s large size wasn´t taken as an opportunity to dismiss liquid cooling altogether in this review. The HAF models (=high air flow), were originally designed precisely having that in mind. Apparently liquid cooling has become a very invasive approach. almost being forced upon all users, regardless of the risks involved, even with enthusiasts trying to dismiss those as very unlikely. Never mind if, God forfend, someone would actually prefer to add something like an air cooler. Nice review nonetheless.
Oh yeah, I love big cases just so I can fit everything inside I want without having to worry about any components. I'm with Fractal Design right now though. Used the Fractal Design Arc XL for years now and it really is a great big case that supports quite some 140mm fans. This year I switched to the Fractal Design Pop XL Air. Not really sure if I prefer it over the Arc XL. The Pop XL Air definitely looks much more modern but air flow, temperatures (especially GPU) and space aren't really that much better. The HAF700 is still noticably bigger but it doesn't support 5.25" components as far as I can see. I'd really prefer to have the option to add a card reader though. For practial reasons as a photographer. And I don't want an external USB solution hanging off my case all the time.

I love a big case especially when it comes to airflow and wire management. Price is reasonable and fair for a case of that size and there is a lot for the money. I'm not a fan of the looks though bit it definitely is a cool case. awesome video as always
I miss the Bquiet be quiet! Silent Base 802 in the comparison . I have 2 of them and they are the best and more affordeble. 190 euro and you can get it in white..
I am interested in if this case can fit 3 420mm radiators, either top, bottom and side, or top, bottom and front, or heck, can it fit 4-420mm radiators?
@kevinerbs2778 I've had the case already and am selling it. Went external radiator. But it does fit 3 420mm, could fit 4 if coolermaster would sell the radiator tray
for what is worth cooler master pricing is horrid, the haf 700 evo is $650 here in the USA. Their prices have gone up tremendously, way more than their competitors.
Ikr... I was so excited until I found it has only 166mm CPU clearance -_- I guess Cooler Master Cosmos c700m is the only option with 198mm of CPU clearance xD
I despise the PSU mount in this and the other similar case CM released. Some people have PSUs with a screen to see wattage etc. They're very popular and rightfully so. Why would you go crazy on basically every other feature, yet design something that prevents people from using modern PSUs and at the very least not give them an option to install it "traditionally" so you get to see your little toy screen if you want to? This basically killed the HAF 700 Evo for me and it kills this case, too.
Meh, sorry but I love having the PSU out of the way. I won't even buy cases that have them blocking airflow/components or in the top like the Torrent. But that's the best part, it doesn't have to please everybody. I'm gettin' one.
