At a recent fire station open house event, members of the Coon Rapids Fire Department demonstrated to visitors why they should NEVER put water on a grease fire.
I did know about the "no water" but didnt know it speads like that. Now it makes alittle more since how these cooking fires get so out of control.. Good video, thanks
The only criticism is failure to show transition from smoke point of oil to the flash point. That alone can be dramatic and worth anticipating if entering kitchen w/ pan at smoke point.
