Only 4x4 vehicles can go till top. People generally park personal/rented vehicle 3 4 km before itself.

Hi. Start from Bangalore by 4-4:30am. Since bikes are not allowed on Mysore expressway, you have to go by old highway. Try to reach dubare elephant boating point by 9:30-10am. There may be queue for boating. Around 11am entry closes and elephant bathing starts. Afterwards go to Namdroling, it will be a little detour. There is prayer at around 1pm. Then head to Madikeri. There you can visit abbey falls if time permits or directly raja's seat in the evening. Next day onwards you can follow same itinerary with some basic modifications.

Yes you can hire taxi easily to cover all the places. Waterfalls will not have much flow during May.
