Does the Highway Traffic Act, or Highway Code, (whatever it is called where you live) specifically state that you have to wait "2 seconds with your turn signal on before changing lanes?" If not, this ENTIRE stop was illegal......a cop can't just make up shit as a reason to pull you over. My wife was pulled over and given a $230.00 ticket for failing to come to complete stop at a four way intersection. During the stop he specifically stated, "you did not remain stopped for a minimum of three seconds." We took it to court and fought the ticket, when asked in court if my wife stopped for three or more seconds, the cop stated, "no." I then asked him if she stopped and then proceeded but did it in under three seconds, he stated, "yes." My last question to him was, "so, you are saying that she stopped, but it was for under three seconds?" He said, "yes." That is when I looked at the judge and asked where it stated in the Ontario Highway Traffic Act that a vehicle, upon approaching a stop sign has to remain stopped for "three or more seconds." The judge turned to the police officer and informed him that it states a motor vehicle must come to a complete stop before proceeding through a market intersection but that it does not state a time period for which the vehicle has to remain stopped. The cop just made that bullshit up to justify writing my wife a ticket, he did not think it would be fought in court obviously and at the end of the day, he was made to look like an ass.
lol I'm doing good man just waiting for all these winter storms to go away. I am selling the zx6r tho keeping the aprilia and gunna do some maintenance on it soon
Did you ever make a second vid on how to save money on insurance for liter bikes? I am 16 and am doing some very early research and am trying to find the best way to get a liter bike when i am 20 or 22 or so. Thanks, love the vids
House Cuber15 As an eighteen year old and with my parents benefits I can get a liter bike to about $100/mo, ive priced a couple out. I also have a clean driving record... that helps. Try to stay under your parents insurance if they will let you. I got a quote with progressive not on my parents policy and they got me all the way up to $462/mo for a 2017 fz09 lol
At 0:56? I believe it's because he downshifted a bunch and then let out the clutch, causing the chain to chatter because the wheel speed and chain speed were different.
