Officer James BLEW IT right off the bat...then at the end when he was again confronted about his beginning attitude-tantrum. He began copsplaining and he vomited a lot of 💩💩💩.
Look how HE WHIPS OUT HIS NOTEPAD..FULLY EXPECTING THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHTS BECAUSE HE IS ASKING IN A VERY INTIMIDATING MANNER…UNBELIEVABLE
It's sad that it is typical behavior of law enforcement. I have seen a slight change in the last couple of years but not enough. And the !st Amendment Auditors are the ones responsible for the change, not the police training.
To be fair he did say, "I can go wherever I want in this city." Which is true? We all can go wherever we want in that city, whether we're a cop or not.
technically we can't go anywhere in the city which is why he said that because he has a badge and we don't so we can't go anywhere we want. We can't go anywhere that is posted unauthorized.
Gandoff , love your intros , and your thyme ( Bald Eagle , symbol of Freedom ). BUT , you’re more like the Buzzard , swooping down and devouring the garbage stinking up the land of the Free. They say that freedom isn’t free ; you are a testament to that ; diligently fighting ; like our formers , dedicated their lives , creating this for us. Gandoff, Keep being Dangerous !!! p/s : When I see an Eagle now I think of you.
James' attitude only changed because he figured out you knew your rights, were not intimidated by him and were recording him If those three things weren't true he would have abused you and your rights for sure.
I’m not sure that’s why it changed Obviously, no way to know for sure But I think when IAMF called him out, he instantly switched from purpose, driven behavior to ego driven behavior Did you see him turn on the lights Drive really fast open the door before the car stopped Started contact with I can do whatever I want in the city I honestly think these guys have been doing it for so long they can’t control the ego anymore. It’s like they’re on auto pilot. I think the IAMF did a great job of de-escalating, and is the reason that the Officer actually calmed down and realized he’s on camera and he has nothing he can use against him I was extremely surprised he apologized, but I think it was just hollow because he slowly transitioned back to being a slave to his ego only reason I disagree with you is because I don’t even think a guy like that understands the bill of rights and exactly what they mean in situations Regardless perfect example of what 400 years of policing on this continent has done to the culture
Officer opens cruiser door while still rolling in drive, left foot on ground before putting it in park, followed by, "I can be wherever I want to in this city. " All for a guy with a camera.
You are the stuff dreams are made of❤ Love your work. I love your affect and command of the English language. Your knowledge and demeanor when dealing with Government Parasites is refreshing and entertaining.
I think it’s great that you even when that tyrant apologized you still filed a complaint. I think that’s the only way to really educates this kind of behavior is not except able.
Like most expressions, 'Going Postal' is derived from facts - like the fact that our Postal employees demonstrate mentally unstable behavior when they face something they don't understand. This is why I believe there should be some kind of psychological competence requirement to work in the public sector. Crazy isn't a protected class in the workforce or in public service...
Actually it is derived from a guy named I believe last name was Patrick Wayne Sherrill from the Edmond Oklahoma post office .An employee who shot co- workers killing 14 and wounding 6 on Aug 20 1986
This is wondrously beautiful package put together by IAM: spans more than two years time and tells a dramatic story of struggle and victory. It has great characters -- Rainwater, II, with the deep ponderous voice, the angry twit in the parking lot, several cops, one with obvious anger issues, which IAM corrected on his way out of town. This is an absolute banger!
He apologized .....Kinda....then back washed out of the apology, glad you followed through with complaint. Let's hope he learns to be a Servant not just another Gun with a Badge.
I live in Canada and have watched a lot of different auditors -- Yuo are one of the calmest there is which i think is the way to go ---I believe more people will listen to this approach. Keep up the good work!
I can't believe he actually wrote down Gangalf the White, then asked for a date of birth? LOL Great re-visit! Nice too see postal employees have changed their behavior.
Officer James' first thing out of his mouth was , " I can be anywhere I want to in this city". His intimidation tactics were in full effect. You chilled him quickly.
Great work on this one. I had a feeling that guy was going to call the cops again. Somehow I remember seeing the first time you audited this place but I really only found your channel a couple months ago. So I must have just randomly seen it one day. Do you know what happened if anything to the lady that was cussing at you in the parking lot telling you to leave? That behavior was not acceptable. I hope she had to do some kind of training and was reprimanded.
I have also come to find out that if there is NOT an agreement with the local police dept and the Post Office....The Police CAN'T come in with their firearms into a Federal Building which is what the USPS is. So that in itself will be a huge issue to the post office and police dept with lawsuits piled up.
Hey Pam. NICE! Yeah, it's a powerfully important aspect to be aware of for sure! Thanks, and thank you for watching! Please Like, SHARE, and Subscribe far and wide!!!!!!!! :)
I hope Officer James sees this video. Sometimes people have to see themselves as others see them to understand why they produce negative reactions from others. Officer James came on to the scene in a very aggressive manner, more than was necessary for casual conversation with a lawful citizen . Officer James made assumptions of guilt that wasn't justified.
Thanks for responding to my previous comment, you just wrote to me that Washington State doesn't have the restriction false name when during some police interviews. But please inform your viewers that in other States/jurisdictions that may not be true and could place one in legal jeopardy.
First: you're welcome, and Merry Christmas! I try to do similar things, but overall, that's why I just have the default I'm not providing legal advice disclaimer. There's a great many things I could do that on. I do appreciate the suggestion though. Thank you!!
I love how you throw the title of every inspirational picture in a therapy office while she's cursing you out that is A1 premium perfect and also why we love you so
This is a true reality check on how much cop's are ready to terrorize and threaten someone the moment they can. James' did back down very quickly when you put that cop in check and he realized you are recording his threating attitude. The sad thing is all of the victims who broke under his terror over all the years. So many lives have been destroyed forever by these same types of cops.
You are one of the most articulate well educated and professional auditors out there officer should really know the law if you want to debate law with you! Always polite and fair.
Big time thank you for doing what you do. You are the only other auditing channel I've come across I like since Amagansett Press. Please keep up the good work. Seed you well wishes from West Georgia.
I've been viewing " Journalist " like yourself and I prefer the more intelligent ones and the ones who go the extra mile and do fallow ups and complaints and or legal actions. Jeff Gray/Philip Turner/Seanpaul Reyes and yourself. Big Fan... RESPECT
🐷James apologized because he realized in time that he was going to enter in a world of s@#$ that he can't handle (dodged a constitutional bullet right there). Second police officer...very nice de-escalation skills...you should propose him for commendation.
Perhaps! I don't know. I will be going back though as this issue hasn't been resolved. Thanks, and thanks for watching. Please Like, SHARE, and Subscribe! It helps a lot!
While the James character asked for ID and if he had heard that words coming out his, fitting, mouth; DeVille said that all they were asking was if he went into restricted park. That's not *all* they were asking. It was a bit more than that. So, if the bus hits DeVille, wasn't him that threw. He jumped himself. But, I hope nothing happens to DeVille. He rein in the horses back to a comfortable trotting, impeding a stamped James was heading to.
@@InlandAuditingMedia You better keep these wild horses under watchful eye, Gandalf and your eagles. They might stamped any unwise inhabitant of these prairies with their wild gallop.
At all the government buildings you enter, please start asking if the plexiglass barriers at the public counters were there before COVID and if they will take them down now the pandemic is over.
As for the Post Offices, it seems that most Postmasters are totally clueless in calling the police, inviting guns and more cameras to film their ignorance...even conspiring to Trespass with the police who have no authority to accomplish that!!!
James: you started out flying into the parking lot like you were on fire. Then, you literally opened your car door before it even came to a stop. Then the very next thing you did was bark, "I can do whatever I want to in the city." Thank GOD for video, this guy was unprofessional and disgusting. To say he got the attitude b/c of something I.A.M. Free said is a complete lie. This guy's a lose wire and a real liability.
Hey Bro 👋 That Cop was clearly chomping at the bit, to put his hands on you!!! He was literally stepping out of his vehicle before he stopped the damn thing, with a Death Stare focused directly on you!!! W T F was going through his mind, and for what reason??? Just Sayin'🤬
We have to start at the academy. Bay Area transparency showed very clearly how badly these officers are trained. At the training facilities they are even worse than these guys it’s crazy
