Investigating tips and leads in this story about a highly restrictive Portland Building @ 420 SW Main St, Portland, OR 97204. The Portland Building houses Parks and Recreation among other offices/bureau's. I was not left wanting for a 1984 compliance team showing up to instruct me on what I need to do to express my 1st amendment liberties.
This story gets into the weeds on public forums and case law a bit, so if you want to see a battle on that battlefield, then sit down and let's dive in to see how this story played out!
The government needs to learn that the Press need to have access to report on their behavior so We can all hold them to account.
Now, let's see how it all happened!!!
Liking, SHARING, and Subscribing helps this channel, and all of us spread the message to that We ALL Are Free! Please spread the word and lets hear those bald eagles screaming their freedom to the masses!!!

Go to a pharmacy and stand in line. You can collect names associated with birthdays, names of drugs being given. Go to a bank and stand in line you can get verification access info. Last 4 digits of social birthdates last digits of cards and accounts.... Confidential information is always verbalized and never passed via note or pin pad. It so casual yet press with a camera is all in a sudden causes high alert smh

I know a lot of people who remember names; addresses; numbers routinely. Furthermore, it’s not a crime until you criminally use the information. Beyond that these privacy laws such as HIPAA were created after institutions sold or shared information to partners for marketing or IP. The laws were created by their own malfeasance. It pisses people off when they push their penalty on to everyone as an excuse to control behavior they don’t like. Even with these so called privacy laws, law enforcement routinely purchases info from social media companies to side step already very weak FISA protections. Nice little profit center for companies to allow the weaponization of internet behaviors against free law abiding citizens.

But behind this mask of extreme confidence, they are not sure of their self-worth and are easily upset by the slightest criticism. Fraudit personality disorder causes problems in many areas of life, such as relationships, work, school or financial matters. There was far to much information being divulged by the auditor for any person to take in. That is his style both verbally and in written form.

One point that you should make clear with these public officials that are so worried about you catching people's private information is that it's not illegal if you should happen to inevitably catch somebody's private information, the point where it becomes illegal is when you do something with that private information, such as release it to the public or participate in some type of fraud. So in the course of your videoing if you should happen to get some private information it's not illegal. Also if someone's private information should be exposed because of a fault of you it is on the owners of that information to come after you and sue you. There is no law against having someone's private information it's what you do with it is where the problem arises.

Now I'm curious about what sort of top secret shenanigans the *checks notes* Parks and Recreations department in Portland is working on. There sure is a lot of talk about highly sensitive private information laying around. Maybe parks in Portland are just different from parks everywhere else in the world? 🤷🏼‍♀️

mrcornut NO He walked away still believing he was right, still Pi$$ing on the constitution. He did not get it or understand what they were doing was violating the constitution and peoples rights, he still believes they can make policies that violate state/federal law and be contrary to the court case law. he learned NOTHING !!!

@@Crashawsome nah, you can tell he's intelligent. Fixed in his thoughts? Yup. But the education is happening as we speak with phonecalls and conversations behind the scenes. He didn't learn in the video, he rejected the education, but I bet if there's a revisit it'll be completely different.

Every video I watch from various 1A content creators clearly demonstrates a blatant lack of knowledge by public employees. They are not aware of laws or their responsibility to create privacy. So sad.

Policy in a government agency = Only Employees

There appears to be something rotten in Portland, not Denmark here. That is an extremely large building to be just for Parks and Recreation Dept of the City of Portland, with a population of only 640K. According to their website, they manage and develop city parks, natural areas, recreational facilities , gardens, and trails. I wonder what confidential information for that benign form of city govt is so concerning to be carefully protected from journalistic transparency. In the words of Sheakspeare, "Me thinks doth protest too much".

Each individual is responsible top keep their own private information private, after handing that information over the person taking it is then responsible. If a company, doctors office, government agency is asking you to verbalize your information ask for a pen and paper to write it down on, cover it up and flip it over and hand it to them while expressing they give it back after verifying the information they are seeking, then take it back and destroy it later. If they will not comply with protecting your info. you make them comply. If they are verbally stating your full name...or your address with a first name.... or verbalizing anything private to where someone over hearing can find out who you are, where you live etc......ask for the person in charge and have a good long conversation about privacy with them. People are lazy and will always take the shortest route to complete a task even if it is wrong.
