You have to pull to your left harder then up, the change in idle when you remove the oil cap is totally normal my m54 does the same thing

The 1,8t is a great motor. It also usually pulls really nice for it's size, as the torque curve is very driver friendly for a petrol engine.

for reverse in the beamer pull hard the gear stick to left (towards you) and then up thats reverse

Yeah the oil tap on the M 54 is part of the vacuum system

On e46 airbag light is normally,doesn t have any problems with airbags or something like that.To get to reverse you need to push on left side harder .

Hey my 2000 Odyssey with 301k had the issue with the coolant hose collapsing so I changed my upper hose and it still collapsed found out I had a faulty cap but I agree with you not starting the accord noy saying it didn't have any mechanical issues but yeah I'm in the 300k club however I don't have 2nd gear but runs like a Timex

On that BMW 323, the textured paint could be just a skin or wrap. It won't be easy to save the front bumper cover, might be possible, but it'll likely cost you more to fix it than to replace it. Keep the videos coming!!

The Passat looks like it's been looked after, watch for the coil packs on that 1.8 turbo though.

Had one of those,50 50 weight ratio so you can insane cornering, the firewall end of motor that the coil pack gets cooked and failed.. The front parking light on mine would constantly go out but what happens it loses connection so I took a flash light spring and put it under the contact point.

Randy, have you considered buying a 2nd Cruze for your rental fleet? I know it would have to be a clear title & low miles. Being yours is always booked would a 2nd be also?

I work for Maxxis and they are comparable to Michellin tires but they mostly produce for off road motor sport and bike tires. They can be found in most American makes for spare tires.

i had a dip stick break off like that , i used a sheetrock screw, predrilled the center and screwed in the sheetrock screw to pull it out .. pretty easy.. then replaced it wth a new one

Great videos, the passat wagon is a great flip car if you get it under a grand, and the ford police car is definitely a great buy, I sold multiple passat wagons, there is a market for those especially with that motor

When checking any BMW you need to see if the blinkers are working. They don't seem to work on that make.

Randy, the M style front bumpers are usually made from PU plastic, they are cheap to replace from eBay, so you could get it for the BMW

Those specific BMWs are known for having bad electric window assemblies they’re not expensive and fairly easy to replace

On GM cars the electric power steering is disabled when the alternator is not working. Happened to me with an 2001 Opel Astra.

The side guard on the cage is loose by design because it has side air bags. Setina makes very good cages & push bumpers. Their roll bars mount securely to the floor. Pro guard is their competitor & theirs is good too.

Isn't it weird that when he opened the oil fill cap on that 3 series, it was bone dry while it's running, i mean usually when you open it while the engine is running, it would splash oil off the camshaft, or atleast the cap would be covered in oil, now it seemed dry

The whine from the Saab is the oil pickup being clogged. A common issue on the early "EcoPower" engines. They tend to sludge up over time. (Thanks GM...) Just like VW's 1.8T engines. But from the fact that it is still running that good, the engine is probably still fine, but would not drive it until the sump is dropped and oil pickup cleaned. Also, if that Saab had overheated the head gasket rarely fails anyway. They are very good and durable engines if looked after. Also, I believe that that model has the biggest turbo from the lineup. No problems at all pushing 250bhp from them in stock from.
