For the 2017 F150, If frame is good, the rest is an easy fix actually. Forget the touch-up paint. With a new or second hand door and the left side damage, you have plenty to paint already, so a few chips are easily done at that time. At least you got the best engine. If you are going to have this as a keeper, it is well worth fixing.
Too bad about the hail damage on the Town and County, I could tell that someone was trying to keep it in mint condition. (Can we see more first gen Durangos)
Rented a town n country moved to a northern state love the stown go thousand mile trip.it took a awhile to empty out there was so many spots to store stuff there was 3 of us plus all my luggage from my apt nice van
I think the van is a buy for 8600 it looks like grandpa's van very clean I wouldn't even see the hail dents after a while. Just park it out in the July sun in Oklahoma and half of them will pop out on their own.
That T&C looks almost identical to our 2011 T&C. We had the extra screen in the back, along with the heated seats and heated steering wheel. As far as options go, our van is well-appointed. The one big thing that sucks about the van is that the GPS cannot be updated. Also, the window regulator in our driver door has been replaced twice (unfortunately with Dorman parts, the only thing I could find...)

How rough was the old f250 next to the town and county? Sadly can’t buy it sence I have now where to put it. But just love the old school fords. Keep the walk arounds coming, I’m hoping one day I can start buying from Copart once I have the real estate to put them. These videos are a learn experience.
2018 Ford f150= yes, replace door, bed, bumper & tire. Biggest worry would be if drive shaft smashed and pushed forward into trans & torque converter or rear end misaligned.. ...

I recently ran my 2016 f150 2.7 ecoboost dry and blew up the engine :( (yeah you live and learn) the thing is I’m still paying it. My uncle advised me to look at the auction and just buy a truck as a parts truck instead of the 13k ford quoted me but I also was thinking of putting in a 5.0 do y’all think is worth it ? I do plan on keeping the truck in the long run
I would buy the van in a heart beat for this price. Change the hood to make it look a little better and there you go having a great car for family use all day long!
Newer ford F150s man are amazing in styling and practicality! Here in saudi arabia we love the single cab american trucks and seeing the latest ford the updated styling in the velocity blue color they call it just gets me!
If you buy a vehicle from an auction do you have to register it and pay for tags? What if you bought a clapped out work truck and used it on your private property or farm? Would you still need insurance and registration? I live in a major city so I dont have a farm or anything but I always been curious if that is still required. Cheap way to get beater farm work trucks. Who cares what it looks like if it never hit public roads.

The town and country is very safe. I was with my mom and sister in my mom's 2014 town and country and it was pitch black and we couldn't see anything and we hit a car " that had no lights on" going about 70 and hit a concrete divider and then hit a flatbed with a car on it and we all walked away with a burn on my moms arm and some aces and pain. So my mom bought another 2014 town and country
I would definitely bid on the minivan and boy those trucks hell yeah if they went cheap enough bid on them to but I don't have the money to do it the Grey truck I would pull the bed off and make it a tray back
The 3.6 engine, it's the Frank's Red Hot of engines. "They put that sh!t in everything" All these folks trollin' about not wrenching.. The time will come.. BUT, for a feller looking to pick up cars for his channel, you provide a hella good baseline as what things to AVOID for sure! BTW, its -8f here today.
Personally I don't like them, I remember when the new body style came out in 99?? the seating in the back way horrible, the original Dodge Caravans were boxy then they went to a more rounded styling then they went back to the more boxy look, very interesting. In high school I worked at a mechanic for Oo-Op, most times when these came in, it was the husband bringing them in, I remember a lot of them saying how much they hated them but they knew if they got rid of the van their wife would leave them.
What you need is a truck you can leave at the shop so when you drive one of the cars that you are not so sure about you know maybe you need parts when you have the car taken apart then you have a shop truck that saved my ass to many times to count .just something to think about ……
