That Nissan 300ZX convertible has the looks of having been someone's summer toy, probably an older person with it being donated. It's clearly been garaged most of its life so there's probably a really good car there after a good clean up and service, quite probably with a really good service history. Buy it now, stick it in the garage over winter and sell it in the spring and there's probably a really decent profit there. If it was a manual, a turbo, a coupe or any combination of them it very likely would have sold instantly. Not a lot of people know that Nissan sold a factory rag top version as not many were sold, they were seriously expensive, and most that were will have been driven into the ground long ago so a nice, clean one, even if it is an auto, is likely to attract decent attention. It's better to have a good car with the wrong transmission than have a rough car with the right trans. If someone's keen enough I can't imagine it would be too hard to put a manual box and even a turbo engine in it, though a survivor car like this would be better enjoyed as it is. Like with all Z-cars it's probably only a matter of time before the prices start climbing quickly...
That 300ZX is in dire need of a 5-speed swap. I looked at it a couple days ago and that auto trans is done for, it wouldn't move in reverse and barely moved in drive
Toward the end of the video, you asked if anyone knew what the burned up car is. When you were checking out the “Benzo” you said you had to squeeze past the Corvette. you spilled the beans……LOL
And today's lesson, don't wreck your car on the way back from the supermarket. Those groceries in the back probably cost more than that Dodge will sell for...
@@electricfeel9501 It would risk having workers off sick after having contact with rotting food, far too much so to be worth doing it. Plus there may be legal ramifications regarding messing around with other people's stuff...
I would totally grab that old Fairlady. Man, seeing the Dodge and the Groceries. Heart breaking. Looks like mom went out to get things for the kids and such. So heart breaking
Those CR-V’s are solid! I had a silver one with 297,000 miles! That car ran so good!!! Unfortunately it was totaled, and never reached the 300,000 miles goal. 😭 Most definitely a great car for the lot!
I have a 1st Gen CRV. Daily it with 289k miles. Runs like a sewing machine and has gotten me through 2 Indiana winters with no issues. Keeps the miles off my ‘12 Yukon Denali XL . Buy the CRV
Hey I'm looking into buying a few salvaged cars from copart and was wondering if you could help me out a bit. I understand that there's fees after bidding and winning a car but i was just wondering how much it costs to get the license plates before driving the car back to your house and how much your state charges for rebuilt titles and inspection? Thanks
you are interested in this cadi srx because, it is something you can get very cheap, it isn't flooded, and you have the missing parts probably in your other black srx so you can cannibalize it to finish this better one here. it should bring a better profit. the rest of the black srx you can scrap for parts and make some more profit on top of it.
So I own an 06 JXR. The 06 is a 400 hp version , 0-60 in 5 seconds, sadly that one was hit too hard in the back. Being an aluminum body replacing that rear quarter is the whole value of the car.
Would it be worth it to get a 4x4 truck from copart?? I've been watching for about 6 months now and the flips are great Randy really glad to see a genuine honest guy do good work. But that also turns back to if the trucks are to mangled or even sell at a decent price? I'm no professional so i figure i would as the opinion of one.
idk if this is weird but the first gen CRV is my dream first car I’m 16 and saving up and looking for a decent one for a decent price but they’re so good they don’t sell for too cheap but I’m in love with the first gen crv’s
Do believe that some insurance companies are more likely to declare cars total losses when they're right on the margin while other companies are more inclined to spare them and have them repaired? Or does it come down to the preferences of the individual adjusters?
If I had to guess the first caddy was a pile and you need the second one to use as the base and the first one for parts to make a complete car without the water damage title ;)
The Mercury wasn't in my schedule, not really, but, hard to match Crown Victoria rims with Spider-Man 3 after the Queens at Wembley... 🤩🎙🌀🏟🍩 Are you really interested in 'the incredible Hulk'? I don't wear Hoogan's but that piece was broken... The CRX looks like a Seville SUV, it's 🆒️🗻, that engine wastes more than the EcoBoost recups... How do I know that, Relics was a nice record. 😘👞💱🏞🌁🌌 Yeah, you're right, 'the intrigue' smells of Paul's salad dressing... 🍀👖🥝
Could you do a Copart video to navigate the website? If a person is looking for a donated vehicles only, or lease return, or only clean title cars etc? I for one have no idea how to do this when checking into it on the computer.
How about buying the Range Rover and sell it parts it's a goldmine the Airbags are also intact that means the dashboard and the whole interior can be sold for good money Plz do it. The Cadillac you already know where you can find the parts and you have experience with them now. The mercury can be a good investment.
Great video as always. Also, the load of rotting groceries in the Dodge Journey caused me to recoil in disgust, and made me glad that “Smell-O-Vision” hasn’t been invented. Whoever buys that car better have a strong stomach, a hazmat suit, and a garbage can ready to go.
