GOSHEN ESTATE is a 120+ housing Estate located in a secure gated high brow community in Enugu State, Nigeria.
It was developed by Copen Group and delivered in December 2011 within a record time of 8 months. The Group, through one of its subsidiaries - Copen Services Limited, was given the first ever Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) certificate of commendation to an Estate developer - since the Banks’ inception in 1956, on 1st December 2011 by the Hon. Minister for Lands, Housing and Urban Development Ms Amal Pepple CFR.
The award was given for our “Outstanding contribution to the development of the housing sector in Nigeria with the completion of its Goshen/Jubilee Estates, Enugu within a record time of 8 months”, as against the 24 months estimated project duration.
Copen Group has carved a niche for itself in the field of physical development consultancy and Real Estate development.
