My problem with all these Nigeria estate developers is that they are still living with mindset of 1920s open gutters everywhere and for me it's a big turn off. Good job from chief v.

Question- the water issue was answered, but what is the sewage standard these days in the new estates- private septic system? There was no mention of it… thanks again!

Please, on a different note, biko, do you know anywhere near Enugu or near 9th Mile where one can buy land for between N400k - N600k per plot, legitimately and devoid of fraud or interminable harrasment from community members? The intention is not to build it up anytime soon, but just a means of storing and preserving value for future use ? Biko, let me know.

Are black american allowed to buy and invest? I'm worried about owning land in African countries because y the political system is unstable and if too many black Americans send U.S. dollars over to Nigeria its just going keep crashing yall currencies. do it create a new underclass of people that's already there? my question is. can yall guarantee that Nigerian government isn't going try to take back the land when the value increases over because black Americans coming over to buy everything up because its dirt cheap. that's my biggest fear
