Métro efficace, rapide, sans "fioritures inutiles", toutes les stations sont identiques ! En comparaison avec Bruxelles , à méditer et s'en inspirer pour la prochaine ligne ...
That’s not the point the commuter rail system in Copenhagen takes over most of the passenger services so that’s why the metro is kind of tiny as of now since it’s still brand new only expanded in a few more spots, and when they redeveloped most of the city, the subway will be heavily used now the thing I like about this is that the cars are automatic and they have couplers which means you can double the sets and length of the train the platform seem long enough for it and most automatic systems, don’t even have couplers or they’re using tiny two car trains that don’t go nowhere
@@remixdiamond2276 Thank you, that explains it. The trams in my city have been around since the 1880s and are basically a Stadtbahn, so it wasn't a fair comparison anyway. This metro just reminded me of what I saw in Miami, and that seemed more like a sad gimmick than proper transit. After looking up the figures, the ridership in Copenhagen is actually pretty good and growing.
That’s not the fault of the metro, it’s caused by a lack of tram/light rail on the C, S, and A lines, as well as a missing expresstunnel for the s train network, which would more than double capacity, and directly serve the main copenhagen hospital, which only has ordinary bus service now.
