This is a longer clip, well, it’s a lot of clips actually, I’ll see how the longer clip is accepted and might go back to slightly shorter ones, we’ll see. I was limited with the angles I could film as I was operating the shear and the Sennebogen on my own mostly because we’ve been a man down for a while.
There’s a 40 foot curtain sider chassis that was driven in the previous evening going through the shear first, after I’d stripped the roof and wooden floor first. I bale some stainless steel, shear a very heavy loading dock in half. I didn’t want to cut the rams of the loading dock so I pushed it through the shear head until the three rams were beyond the blades and then cut it in half, it was small enough to load out. The alarm sound you here is a pre start warning to clear the area as the engine is about to start. There’s some general activity in the yard, wagons tipping etc, I’ll try and vary the content. I’m pretty strapped for time usually but I am trying to answer your questions.
