this is so great. I am blessed to have been able to change jobs where I now have some conveniences during this peri menopause chapter in my life. But I have had so many of those issues happen to me at work, but I work by myself during my shift and I have to say your videos have been instrumental in educating myself and making the lifestyle changes I needed to make this transition easier for myself and those around me. I can honestly say so far, i am doing good while this peri menopause passes through my life. thank you so much for all you do and everything you share. Blessings from Puerto Rico!

You have helped me a lot! I get lightheadedness at work quite often and I think it's a lot to do with dehydration

A great topic that has affected my family. My wife was totally up front with her boss, a "Christian" woman in her early thirties, about her struggles and was still nitpicked to death about every mistake she made to the point where she had to quit a few days ago. Absolutely no empathy or sympathy.

Hi Tammy Yes, it is a good idea to keep oestrogen levels stable as this can often create a better menopause. You could look for a fermented soya supplement or the herb Black Cohosh as both of tehse are known to be of benefit. Your local health store should be able to help you.

Good day. I would like to ask a question. I have not had a period for about two years now . May last period was March 2020 but I'm having so many different systems at once. Does this mean that I'm almost to the end of this dreadful experience? I'm 56 years old.

Hi Carla You are considered post-menopause after 2 years without a period. However, this time scale is more to do with no longer being able to get pregnant rather than symptoms stopping. However, most women do find that symptoms start to tail off over this period but, unfortunately, it is difficult to tell how long this may last as it is different for every woman. Best Wishes Eileen

I love how English say going to Hospital and forget the "the" in the sentence. Then she cause menopause "the menopause".

Thank God I'm a man. The only downside to it is working closely with menopausal women.
