what is this for a trafficpolice-system ? you "run aground" at a police car , also usa officer's use radar conform with law-acts (usa not germany) after some miles a second police-car is behind without radar data's ... i resume : what will the police do if your answer is : "we overhaul a slow vehicle which blocked the street in a lazzy circumstance" ...? here we have a reason " we must be significant faster as the object we overhaul"
