夫の仕事の関係で、海外に住んでいます。ファミチキが懐かしくなり、作りました。胸肉で作ってもふわふわ、ザクザク、まさにファミチキで、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！！マリネード液、最後の衣の配合、完璧すぎます❤ありがとうございます！！

I made this recipe this weekend. I tripled everything to feed a group of people. I had to guess at some of the measures because my kitchen scale is not accurate at such small measurements (a few grams and sometimes fractions of grams). But, I seem to have done it right because the chicken was delicious. It's been a while since I had a real famichiki because of the pandemic but this recipe sure seems close to my memory. Super tasty.

Did I read that right? Did it really say leave the chicken out for 3 hours in room temperature? Is that really healthy?

多分、 全体的にグラム (g) みたいな測定代わりに teaspoon とか tablespoonを使ったほうがいいかなと思うけど。日本では、グラムはよく使われるかもしれないですが、外国ではわかりにくいと思います。 それでも、作り方を教えてありがとうございます。
