I made this recipe this weekend. I tripled everything to feed a group of people. I had to guess at some of the measures because my kitchen scale is not accurate at such small measurements (a few grams and sometimes fractions of grams). But, I seem to have done it right because the chicken was delicious. It's been a while since I had a real famichiki because of the pandemic but this recipe sure seems close to my memory. Super tasty.

Me and a few friends went to Japan back in May and it was basically a morning tradition for us to get a famichiki to start the day haha. I'll finally get to experience it again
